Included with Adaptor Flanges: Stainless Steel Studs and Nuts for mounting to the Pump

Instructions: With an ANSI Flange on the Pump you can bolt on a rail adaptor and slide the pump down an existing guide rail system.

Flygt Installation: Flygt Guide Rail Adaptor to be bolted on the Adaptor Flange. Flygt Guide Rail Adaptors have an ANSI bolt pattern unless listed with an “M” at the end of the p/n.

Bolt Patterns: 4” JIS Bolt Pattern is 2.625” bolt hole center. 3” JIS Bolt Pattern is 2” bolt hole center.

Instructions: Most Hydromatic, Barnes, Myers Pumps have an ANSI Flange on the volute and use a bolt on the rail adaptor. This existing rail adaptor can be reused on the flange adaptor to install a Pump on the existing guide rail system.

Example: Pump to be replaced: Flygt model 3152 w/432 impeller 6” volute. Notice: some Flygt pumps are available with 2 different discharge sizes. In this case 6”or 8”. In this particular case it is 6”

Replaced with Pump Model 100C415 - Volute Flange Size is 4” JIS

Note: This would require a 4 x 6 flange adaptor and 6” Flygt Rail Adaptor. Both flange adaptor and Flygt Rail Adaptor are required.
